Sam Bass Video Services is a small, independently owned business located in the central Texas area dedicated to providing professional level video transfer services to our customers. Charles Barker started Sam Bass Video Services in 2006 after many years of experience transferring video and photos to DVDs for family and friends. With their encouragement he decided to offer this same level of service to others. Charles' spent over 25 years in the high tech industry and holds advanced degrees in electrical engineering and business administration.
